Nothing says "surreal" like sipping a venti latte inside a Starbucks while a typhoon rages outside.
I finally got some of my processed rolls scanned at the lab and have some new photos to share. These are of typhoon Jangmi, the most recent typhoon to hit Taiwan.

You try riding a scooter in 100km/h plus winds. I wonder where her shoes went.

Every window is dark...except St. Starbucks.

Is there a rule about shoes and typhoons?

@meredith: Thank you!
@christian: Thank you! Typhoons are fun. After you’ve been through a couple you get used to them. jangmi was the 4th major typhoon to hit Taiwan just this year and I really felt the need to get out and shoot it…and get a latte in the process
