It’s amazing how little of communication is actually speaking, versus our body language, eye contact, touching, body positioning etc. Love the photographs and the story they tell. You really are a master of black and white. Want to share your secrets?
LOL. Keep up the fabulous work.
@Trudy Thanks again for the kind words. No secret.
I just have an interest in human culture and try my best to translate that on to film. When people ask me how to improve their street photography, I usually tell people to spend some time outside without a camera observing people…”people watching” as my mom puts it… without looking like a creepy perv, of course. I wrote some thoughts on the subject in this blog article.
I think just as it’s true that “a picture is worth a thousand words” a gesture or a look can speak a thousand words.
Hi Brian, great photos once again. Love your kids photos that you take
BTW did you consider posting the bigger shots on the blog itself? It would be better viewing experience rather than having to click each one of them to see the larger versions
@Ashish I’m going to do another “Streets Saturday” tomorrow and I’ll make the images larger. I don’t have the real estate to make them more then 550px, though
I love the car window one.
@TC That’s my mom and aunt.
