Streets Saturday: Disneyland

As I alluded to in the last POTD post, I decided to shift from the “Photo of the Day” concept to something a little more spaced.

While I’m on the subject of regular photo features, Darren Melrose has a very interesting “Daily Someone” series on his blog. Craig Fergusun does a Five for Friday weekly series of themed images. Check them out. It is from the latter model that I have decided to base this new concept on: Street Saturday. Essentially, I will post a weekly collection of (mostly) themed street photography every (mostly) Saturday.

First up, Disneyland. Why Disneyland? Essentially it is to answer a very common comment I get on my photos that goes something like this:

I wish that I could take photos like this but where I live is so boring! Everything is “fake”! There’s nothing “real” to photograph!

And my answer to them is always the same: There are streets eveywhere.

Even Disneyland.
