Streets Saturday: Worship

This is one of those things that is closely personal but is practiced in full public view.

For some reason I keep spelling it warship.

Fruedian slip, I guess.

    Really like how the last shot is cropped for the blog header – it has a way of intensifying the moment, as does the graininess. Superb shot, and one that, in a manner, encapsulates something about the Taiwanese religious experience. It’s a moment repeated thousands upon thousands of times every day here, and I think this shot has captured the essence of that moment.

    The blog header crops about 100px of the top, but since I know that it’s easier to pick something that visually “works” there.
